Cancellation Policy

30-minute discovery website meetings free. Lessons priced as shown on website. All sales final. Booked and paid for private lessons, that are cancelled by the client with at least 2-hrs notice, can be rescheduled within 12-months for a maximum of three rescheduling attempts, by contacting Michelle directly at michelle@mbfm.ca No refunds. All lessons are provided via Zoom (or upon special request with enough notice, MS Teams). Thank you for your booking order! I look forward to seeing you on our Zoom!
