A different date for a Zoom session can be self-rescheduled if more than 72-hours or more notice has been provided - NOTE: Rescheduling at no additional cost can only happen once per booking. For cancellations less than 72-hours in advance, no refund/no rescheduling (book again at full-cost). Rescheduling more than once without additional cost might be possible at the discretion of MBFM for long-time clients, by email request. All services are provided via ZoomPro (or upon special request, MS Teams). A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged if cancelled 72-hours or more prior to the appointment to cover processing fees etc. No refunds if cancelled under 72-hours before the appointment.
